Your account will be managed by a dedicated Consultant who will check that the service you receive is to the standard that you expect. This is done by dealing with any issues arising as they happen and liaising with the management team on a daily basis.
Our candidates performance is monitored from your feedback and observations made by our management team. Our Managing Director, Philip Bush, frequently sends out Client Service Review Documents so that our service levels can be continually monitored, appraised and improved.
