Job Description:
 The successful candidate will be:
  • Responsible for all work carried out in the Greenhouse and Poly Tunnel including supervising work.
  • Responsible for the quality of all plants including controlling pests and disease.
  • Organising all exhibitions/shows, transport etc working closely with the marketing department.
  • Planning and transporting plants to all exhibitions/shows.
  • Attending all exhibitions in a sales capacity.
  • Meeting, greeting and dealing with all visitors to Mawdesley.
  • Dealing with or supporting all PR events.
  • Holding seminar’s with Garden Societies.
  • Play a leading part in all R & D work and trial work.
  • Play an active role in the Sales and Marketing Deparment
